When applying for a position in the administrative field of any business, you must have relevant information relating to that position, you should be focusing on customer service and office skills and your ability to work under pressure and to a dead line.
As with all office administrative positions, you will be dealing with paper work such as data entry, filing, accounts, invoices, pay roll, memos, newsletters etc so you must have experience in that or be willing to learn as well as that you must have experience in a lot of computer programs, most likely word processing programs and excel and maybe a few others so make sure if you know these skills to include them on your administrative resume as we have done in the administrative sample resume below.
Always list all relevant skills to the position in any resume, see sample below, as every little bit of knowledge and skill helps you to succeed in obtaining the position you want.
Also don't forget the personal information, the personal statement or career statement, see sample below.
As well as you're work history, like the sample below, and your education history as well as your competencies or skills like in the sample below.
Also it is handy to have a list of referees for potential employers to contact (see sample below)
Of course you can get into the administrative field by becoming an intern or office junior, or you can also complete diplomas and certificates in business administration to get you started in the administrative field.

With management or manager resumes you must focus on your leadership skills and management.
