When writing a resume, there is one thing that you must include that is a vital part to any resume.
It is a resume objective or career objective, these are about a paragraph or so long and are all about how you are the best candidate for the position that you are applying for.

Resume objectives can be different for every resume and for every position that you apply for.
You can change the content to suit the career or the position you applying for, as every career or job has different things they expect from candidates and employees.

When an employer opens a resume they will of course see and read your personal details first, which they don't really fuss too much over.
The next thing they are going to notice is the personal objective, this is where they will decide whether or not you have a drive for this job and that you are really interested.
When writing a resume you need an objective that is going to grab the reader by the eye and really make them want to read more and eventually and hopefully invite you to their premises for an interview.

When writing a resume objective you have to start off with the position you were last in or are in, E.G your current working situation and what industry you are in and what they do as below in this example.
I am an Office Assistant working in a Human Resources agency, specializing in the recruitment of industrial and commercial professionals for several work industries.

Then after writing your little introduction of your resume objective, you will be writing what you were previously doing before your current job placement as in the example, you do not have to elaborate too much on your previous employment, just a good overall brief of your past is good note the example below.

Prior to my Office Assistant position I was employed in several positions ranging from Data Entry to Receptionist.
I have also been employed in cafes and restaurants as a Barista and a Waitress.

Next you will be writing in your resume what your experience has given you for example what skills it has given you and what you have learnt from your previous employment for example.

My employment experience has enabled me to learn and develop the skills and the confidence necessary to deal with all aspects of customer service and the day-to-day duties of office management and how to deal with a businesses clientele.

Ok the next part in writing your resume objective is to explain to the reader why you find your work exciting if you do so, or what drives you to be in your chosen field.
A good part to add when writing a resume objective is a part about how you would like to share your knowledge with those around you and share your skills with people that can learn from them as below in the example.
But remember the example below is purely fictional and is to be used as an example only but you can use it as a helpful tool in writing a resume for yourself, it can give you examples of words to use.
With my years of experience in customer service I find my chosen profession most challenging and exciting.
With my knowledge of Administration skills and communication skills I wish to share them with those who will benefit from it the most.

So all together after you've finished writing your resume objective it could look like the following example.

I am an Office Assistant working in a Human Resources agency, specializing in the recruitment of industrial and commercial professionals for several work industries.

Prior to my Office Assistant position I was employed in several positions ranging from Data Entry to Receptionist.
I have also been employed in cafes and restaurants as a Barista and a Waitress.
